750 Words

A free, secret and online journal? Count me in.

750 Words

750 Words is a web-based writing tool. It can be accessed anywhere, provided you have an Internet connection. "This is writing, and it's online, but it's not blogging, or Twittering, or Facebook status updating. This is between you and you." Between me and me? Alright!

Very first entry.

750 Words has taken over my time for writing on this blog. It I am not leaving this blog, though. I will still place content. To prove that, my draft list is growing still. It's just that I found 750Words to be the appropriate place for my thoughts: a free-flow.

Affectionate?
One feature that I am still divided about is the statistics, where the site will assess your content for the day and tell you what you are feeling about. For the self-aware, I am surprised to see the assessment for some of my daily entries. I sometimes get the PG rating, for "sexual content". When I go over my entry, I have not the slightest idea where that was derived. Then again, it's a feature that I am not particularly thrilled over.

My main use for 750Words is to get me thinking and writing. I find myself writing whenever my eyes have gone tired over a task. I tried writing with my eyes closed and somehow got through a paragraph. It's also a place for thoughts that I'd rather write down but I type faster, so there. Mainly, it has become my journal and a place to dump pervading thoughts. Convenient altogether.
